John Cocarus is an experienced professional in safety and compliance management within the propane and oil industry. Currently serving as the Safety Director at Palmer Gas & Oil since May 2024, John previously held various roles at Eastern Propane & Oil from May 2003 to May 2024, including Safety and Compliance Manager, Jurisdictional Systems Coordinator, and Service Manager. Key responsibilities included managing all jurisdictional facilities and training on OQ aspects, as well as liaising with state regulatory agencies. John began employment with Eastern in April 2003, starting as a Service Technician and advancing to multiple management positions. John holds a Certificate in Heating and Hydronics from Stratham Technical Community College, earned between 1996 and 1997.
