Taylor Kooker

Taylor Kooker is currently a Delivery Manager and Lead Recruiter at Palmer Group. In addition, Taylor is a Senior Recruiter and serves as the co-chair of the DEI Committee. Prior to joining Palmer Group, Taylor worked at Vermeer Corporation as a Recruiter and served as a Team Member Solutions Advisor. Taylor also has experience as an HR and Talent Acquisition Intern at Central College and has worked in various roles at Science Center of Iowa, USDA, and Universidad de Granada. Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Spanish from Central College.
