Michelle White, SHRM-CP, MBA Candidate, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Palmer Hamilton, LLC since November 2022, and previously held similar positions at Qualanex, LLC and GF Machining Solutions USA. With extensive experience in managing employee relations, compliance, and HR operations across multiple locations, Michelle has implemented programs such as a Manager in Training initiative and overseen apprenticeship programs. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at Arlington International Racecourse and CyberSearch, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Search and Staffing Association.
