Jennifer Harvey

Jennifer Harvey has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jennifer is currently serving as the Vice President and General Counsel at Peckham Industries, Inc., a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Couch White, LLP as a Partner and Co-Leader of the Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Group from May 2008 to April 2021. At Couch White, Jennifer provided legal advice, represented clients in litigation, and handled a wide range of construction and commercial matters.

Additionally, Jennifer served as a Director on the Board of Directors at Kinderhook Bank from March 2014 to June 2019. Jennifer also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Intern for Hon. Roger J. Miner at the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit from August 2008 to December 2008, and for Hon. Thomas J. McAvoy at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of New York from January 2008 to May 2008. Jennifer began their legal career as a Summer Honors Intern at the United States Attorneys' Offices in May 2007, where they gained exposure to various legal tasks and responsibilities.

Jennifer Harvey received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Clarkson University. Jennifer then went on to attend Albany Law School, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with magna cum laude distinction. Prior to their college education, Jennifer attended Marcellus High School.
