Scott Betz

Scott Betz has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Scott is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Palmer Square Capital Management LLC, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Palmer Square Capital Management from March 2018 to March 2021. Before joining Palmer Square Capital, Betz worked at Scout Investments for a significant period. At Scout Investments, they held the positions of Chief Operating Officer & Treasurer from December 2010 to March 2018, and Chief Compliance Officer from June 2016 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, Betz served as the Chief Administrative Officer at Scout Investments, Inc. from August 2005 to December 2010. Scott began their career at UMB Bank, where they held the positions of Investment Technology Officer from August 2001 to August 2005, and Performance Measurement Specialist from May 1999 to August 2001.

Scott Betz attended St. Louis Catholic High School from 1991 to 1995. From 1995 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the same university.
