Andy Pavia

Andy Pavia has a diverse work experience starting from 2011 as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Andy then worked at Microsoft in various program management roles from 2012 to 2017. After that, they co-founded Toybox Labs in 2015 and served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors till 2019. From 2018 onwards, they co-founded two other companies, Swissblock Technologies and ACCOINTING.com, where they held leadership positions. Currently, they are a Co-founder at Palmera since 2023.

Andy Pavia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a focus on Economic and Financial Systems from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2013. Andy also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Modeling and Simulation and Information Internetworks during the same period. Additionally, they attended Tsinghua University and the National University of Singapore in 2010, and Universidad del Valle de Guatemala in 2008.
