Raphael Lopes Morozetti has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Raphael started their career at BNP Paribas Asset Management as a Full Analyst, where they provided support to the trading desk and managed portfolio administration tasks. Raphael then moved on to Target Consultoria Financeira | Family Office | Exclusive Investment Fund, where they worked as a Senior Analyst, overseeing the flow of middle and back office operations. At Banco Safra, Raphael served as an Operations Coordinator - Middle Broker, responsible for coordinating a team and managing the operational flow of the middle broker. Raphael then joined Itaú Unibanco, first as a Middle Asset Coordinator, leading teams in Brazil and the USA, and then as a Securities Services Manager, managing two coordinations and a team of 24 employees. Raphael then moved on to GR1D, where they worked in business development, focusing on acquiring new customers and developing payment solutions. Most recently, they worked at Datora Telecom as a Financial Services Manager, leading the development of the ArqiaPag banking correspondent solution and overseeing various aspects of the project. Currently, Raphael is serving as the Director of Operations at PALM ERA.
