Jessica Martinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and continuing education within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Principal Advisor for Change Management at Palmerston North City Council, Jessica leads organizational performance improvements through strategic change initiatives. Previously, as Change Manager and Director of Continuing Professional Development at the Washington State Medical Association, Jessica developed and executed educational programs addressing critical health issues. Jessica also contributed significantly as CME Manager at Swedish Medical Center, where project management principles were integrated into continuing medical education delivery, and held earlier roles as Lead CME Specialist and Medical Staff Services Coordinator. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business from Drake University and a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from Central Washington University.
