Roy King

Roy King has extensive experience in financial management and auditing. Roy started their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as a Senior Manager for over a decade, auditing various companies and evaluating internal controls. In 2013, they joined Atherotech as a Corporate Controller and later transitioned into the Acting CFO role, providing financial guidance to the executive team. In 2016, after successfully managing the shutdown of Atherotech and its asset sale, Roy was hired by VAP Diagnostics Laboratory Inc. as their Chief Financial Officer. During their time at VAP, they not only oversaw the financial operations but also provided operational leadership in the absence of an operations executive. In 2018, they joined LSI - Logical Systems LLC as their Chief Financial Officer, where they continued in that role until 2023. Currently, Roy is working as the Chief Financial Officer at Palmetto Air & Water Balance.

Roy King attended Clemson University from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting. Roy then continued their education at Clemson University from 2001 to 2002, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting. In February 2003, Roy obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy.
