John Stackhouse has a diverse work experience in various industries. Before transitioning to the financial sector, they worked as an Assistant Vice President Commercial Banking at First South Bank from July 2010 to June 2011, as a Senior Product Sales Representative at Humana from September 2009 to July 2010, and as an Assistant Vice President Corporate Sales/ Treasury Management at National Bank of South Carolina from June 2005 to September 2009. John also has experience as a Membership Sales Account Executive at Columbia Athletic Club from December 2001 to July 2003 and as an Assistant Camp Director/ Coach at Sixers Camps from January 1996 to January 2001.

John Stackhouse attended Cardinal Newman from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued general studies. Following this, they enrolled in Newberry College from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. In 2003, John attended the Synovus Leadership Institute, focusing on Organizational Leadership. Subsequently, they pursued further education at the University of South Carolina from 2006 to 2008, specializing in Banking and earning a degree in Banking.
