Wayne Graydon

Wayne Graydon is an experienced construction professional with a robust background in management and operations. Currently serving as Principal at both Benco Construction Services SE and Palmetto Construction Services, LLC since 2019 and 2016 respectively, Wayne has held key leadership roles in various companies, including Manager at DHC Construction Services from 2015 to 2016 and Senior Project Manager at J. Kokolakis Contracting, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. With previous positions as Senior Superintendent at Al Neyer, Inc., Director of Construction Operations at Paul Hemmer Companies, and Senior Project Manager/General Superintendent/Safety Officer at ML Barnard, Inc., Wayne brings extensive expertise to the construction industry.
