Bill Dix Cmca

Bill Dix, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, currently serves as the General Manager of the Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association, a role held since November 2024. With an extensive background in property management, Bill previously held positions as General Manager and Division VP at PMP Management from November 2020 to November 2024, Regional VP for the Charlotte NC Market and Senior Community Manager at CAMS from June 2017 to November 2020, and Senior Management Executive at Hawaiiana Management Co from July 2005 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, Bill managed commercial properties at Prudential Commercial Services Iwado Realty and residential properties at Marcus and Associates and Maui Court Condominiums. Bill's educational background includes studies at Vancouver Community College.
