Bonnie Castillo

Bonnie Castillo is an experienced accounting manager with a career spanning over two decades at Palmetto GBA, where responsibilities include directing debt collection activities, analyzing outstanding receivables, and managing financial metrics related to Medicare contracts. Bonnie has also held various supervisory roles within the organization, overseeing projects related to HIGLAS production support and electronic data interchange, as well as leading the transition of accounts receivable systems. Prior experience includes serving as a payroll clerk at Medical Services of America. Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business Management from Baker College of Port Huron and a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Midlands Technical College.
