Jackie Draws

Jackie Draws has extensive experience in finance and executive roles. Jackie served as the Chief Financial Officer at Palmetto Goodwill, where they were responsible for the financial health and reporting of two non-profit organizations with a total revenue of $60MM. Jackie also led the budget preparation process for 31 retail stores, 16 federal contract sites, and administrative and grant teams.

Prior to this role, Jackie was the Sr. Vice President of Operations at Goodwill NCW, where they helped grow the organization's revenue from $26MM to $60MM. Jackie served as the interim CEO for three months and played a key role in the strategic planning process and execution. Jackie also served as the CFO at Goodwill NCW and was responsible for financing growth initiatives, acquiring insurance coverage, and implementing strong internal controls.

Jackie's previous experience includes working as the Finance Director at Integrated Community Services and as a Senior Manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial management skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to organizational growth.

Jackie Draws attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1981 to 1991 and obtained a BBA degree in Accounting and Finance. In 2004, they received their CPA certification from the State of Wisconsin. Additionally, in September 2012, Jackie graduated from the Executive Development Program at Goodwill Industries International.
