Peter Davin

Peter Davin is a Real Estate Associate at OTO Development since July 2023, previously serving as a Real Estate Analyst. From February 2021 to May 2023, Peter co-founded and served as President of the Best Buddies Chapter at Washington and Lee University. Academic experience includes peer counseling and playing football at Washington and Lee University from August 2019 to May 2023. As the Founder of DriveLex, Peter provided a driving service for students at the university from August 2020 to March 2023. Peter held the role of Diversified/Specialized Industry Analyst for the Washington and Lee Real Estate Society and interned in Structured Underwriting at Freddie Mac, working on significant loan underwriting projects. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of Kappa Alpha Order and a brief role at Nando's PERi-PERi North America. Peter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, along with a degree in US History, from Washington and Lee University, having previously attended Georgetown Preparatory School.
