Diane Bechtel

Diane Bechtel is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in buying and management within the apparel industry. Currently serving as Director of Champion Women’s DTC NA at Hanesbrands Inc. since January 2019, Diane has held various roles, including Sr Manager of the Champion Women's NA Growth Team and Sr Buyer for Champion. Previous experience includes a consultancy role at GLG and over 15 years at Belk, where Diane excelled as a Senior Buyer, managing significant departments and analyzing sales trends to optimize performance. Diane began the career as DMM for both the Children's Division and Dresses, Suits, Coats, Intimate, and Juniors at Belk. Diane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Business from the University of New Hampshire and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from North Carolina State University.
