Laura Benton

Laura Benton is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as the System Planning Lead at Thames Water since September 2025. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Senior Technical Project Officer at the Greater London Authority from October 2023 to September 2025, and worked as a Principal Hydraulic Modeller at Mott MacDonald from April 2023 to November 2023. Laura obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Sheffield, where studies took place from September 2006 to July 2010, following earlier education at Godolphin from September 1998 to July 2005.
