Ken West is currently the Quick Fix Team Lead at Palmetto Technology Group. Ken has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, working with companies of all sizes to implement and support networks and database systems. Ken is a trusted advisor for businesses without a dedicated IT staff, and has a focus on maximizing network uptime. Ken also spent 10 years with Integrys Solutions in various roles, including Database Manager, Software Engineer, Customer Support, and Network Management. In their free time, Ken enjoys being a member of the SMB Community.

Ken West has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Clemson University. Ken also has a degree in Christian Missions from Bob Jones University. Ken West is currently a civil engineer and is certified in Learning Mac OS X Troubleshooting from LinkedIn.
