Paul Steigerwald currently serves as a Golf Shop Attendant at Spring Creek Golf Course, a position held since April 2022. With a long-standing career in education, Paul has been the High School Assistant Principal at Palmyra Area School District since October 2002, and previously worked as the Director of Athletics/Assistant Principal in both the Palmyra Area and Elizabethtown Area School Districts. Additional experience includes roles as Interim Director of Athletics and Middle School Director of Athletics at various educational institutions. Paul holds multiple degrees in Educational Leadership and Sports Management from respected institutions, including a recent graduate degree from Liberty University completed in 2023.

The Palmyra Area School District is a K-12 public school system encompassing approximately 40 square miles in southwest Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. The District is comprised of six (6) schools serving the residents of Palmyra Borough, North Londonderry Township, South Londonderry Township, Campbelltown, Lawn, and Mount Gretna.
