Teja Poonati

Teja Poonati is an experienced professional in the telecom industry with a strong background in network design and team leadership. Currently serving as Assistant Team Lead at PalniES since March 2021, Teja manages team operations, addresses client queries, and ensures quality control in project deliverables. Previously, Teja held the position of Group Lead, responsible for designing fiber routes and maintaining drafting standards, as well as serving as Senior Production Executive, where network layout design and infrastructure planning were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes working as a Production Executive at Cyient, specializing in telecom network planning and fiber conversion. Teja holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bharat Institute of Engineering and Technology/JNTU, completed in 2016.
