Nicholas Herndon

Nicholas Herndon has extensive experience in various roles within the customer service and technology sectors. Currently serving as Manufacturing Assistant Team Lead and Service Consultant at Global Shop Solutions since January 2018, Nicholas also has a background in Tier 1 Support. Prior to this, Nicholas worked as a Bartender at Petrol Station from January 2012 to July 2015, where an emphasis was placed on delivering high-quality customer service and knowledge of the beer menu. Earlier experience includes acting as Store Manager at Blockbuster Media from August 2008 to January 2012, responsible for cash flow management and employee training. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Sam Houston State University, following studies at Stephen F. Austin State University from 1999 to 2003.
