Katie Gentry

Katie Gentry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, product management, and community leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member for Palo Alto Community Child Care since July 2013, Gentry plays a key role in enhancing childhood care and education in the community. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Manager of International and Product Manager, as well as Senior Marketing Associate at Playdom, Disney Interactive Media Group from May 2009 to November 2013. Earlier roles included PR and Marketing Coordinator at Creative Labs and Marketing Specialist II at Girl Powered, Inc. Gentry began their career as a Recruiter with Northwestern Mutual in 2006. Gentry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Santa Clara University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
