Lee Pfab

Lee Pfab serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Palo Alto Community Child Care since March 2021, bringing significant leadership experience from the role of Executive Director at the YMCA of Silicon Valley, held from May 2013 to March 2021. As an experienced community leader, Lee Pfab is known for cultivating trust and inspiring others through a commitment to authenticity and integrity, aimed at strengthening community connections. Lee Pfab holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communications from San Francisco State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
