After earning an MBA from Harvard in 2010, she led numerous AI projects at the Google headquarters in Silicon Valley, and after working for HR Tech and a retail AI venture, started Palo Alto Insight in 2017. She is a Nikkei Cross Trend Advisory Board, a columnist for the Mainichi Shimbun "Silicon Valley Communication", a visiting professor at Juntendo University Graduate School of Medicine, and an advisory board for the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo.
