Diane Harbeson

Diane Harbeson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, service delivery, and human resources. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Leader and Senior Customer Success Manager at Palo Alto Networks since November 2019, Diane has previously held key roles at TiVo, including Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing support services for multiple Pay TV Operator accounts and advocating for client needs within the organization.
