Mingyuan

Mingyuan Ma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in audit and financial reporting. Currently serving as the SOX and External Reporting Assurance Manager at Palo Alto Networks since July 2025, Mingyuan has a robust background in auditing and assurance acquired through roles at PwC and Mazars USA LLP. At PwC, responsibilities included positions ranging from Audit Associate to Audit Manager between December 2020 and July 2025. Mingyuan also gained experience at BPM LLP as a Tax Intern and served in academic roles as an Undergraduate Tutor and Teaching Assistant at the University of California San Diego. Academically, Mingyuan holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego.
