Prachi Shingavi

Prachi Shingavi is a seasoned professional in customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Pazcare since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Lead at MetroGuild, Inc. from November 2019 to August 2021, and Senior Customer Success Specialist at ExtraaEdge Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd from November 2017 to June 2019, where Prachi also held the position of Customer Success Specialist. Prachi began a career in education as a Robotic Instructor at The Botlab Robotics from March 2015 to March 2017, teaching students the fundamentals of robotics using the LEGO Mindstorms Robotics Kit. Prachi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Fergusson College, attained between 2010 and 2013.
