Esther Shaw

Esther Shaw is a Contract & Grant Analyst at Palo Alto Veterans Institute for Research, with experience in post-award administration across multiple portfolios, communication with principal investigators, and negotiation of agreement terms with sponsors. Previous roles include Contract & Grant Post-Award Trainee and Contracts & Grants Assistant, where Esther contributed to grant administration and process improvements. Prior to this, Esther served as the Neighborhood Harvest Program Coordinator at Veggielution Community Farm, leading initiatives for fruit gleaning and community partnerships.
