Nora Thomas

Nora Thomas is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of strategic planning and implementation in various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Palo Alto Veterans Institute for Research since June 2014, Nora collaborates with management to develop short and long-term HR goals and interdepartmental projects. Prior experience includes management of annual performance reviews and compliance at Coupa Cafe as the Human Resources & Recruiting Manager and a generalist role at AddLife. Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literary and Cultural Studies from Mills College and has further education in Japanese Studies from Rotary International and a TEFL certification from the University Center of Provence.
