Regan Kyler, OTR/L, is a skilled occupational therapist and contract and grant analyst with extensive experience in healthcare settings. Currently serving as Contract & Grant Analyst II at the Palo Alto Veterans Institute for Research since September 2017, Regan previously worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist with California Children's Services and gained clinical experience through fieldwork at multiple institutions, including John George Psychiatric Hospital and Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. Regan holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. With a strong background in both clinical practice and administrative functions, Regan demonstrates commitment to enhancing patient care and program development.

Located on the premises of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, PAVIR is a mid-size nonprofit foundation, closely connected with the VA and Stanford University. The VA Palo Alto produces some of the highest quality research in the Federal System, and PAVIR is viewed by its 80+ Principal Investigators as a vital partner. PAVIR fulfills its mission by engaging in $30M+ of sponsored medical research funded by the NIH, DoD, other federal agencies, state agencies, foundations, and industry.
