Maximilien Bouchet's work experience begins with their current role as a Program Delivery Lead at PALO IT, a global innovation consultancy and Agile software development company. Maximilien is responsible for helping organizations embrace technology as a force for good by rapidly launching products and services, creating new business models, and preparing leadership and culture for the future. Prior to joining PALO IT, Maximilien worked at Open Web Technology where they held the positions of Manager and Senior Consultant. Open Web Technology is a technology and strategy consulting firm that helps clients leverage new technologies to reshape their business. Before that, Maximilien worked at Sia Partners, starting as a Junior Consultant and progressing to Senior Consultant. Sia Partners is a consulting firm specializing in finance, energy, and utilities. Maximilien's earliest work experience was as a Regional Chief Financial Officer Assistant at Gameloft.

Maximilien Bouchet completed their Master's degree in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po in 2018. Maximilien also pursued studies at Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit) from 2015 to 2016, focusing on management, marketing, and business. In 2017, they enrolled as a student at 42.
