Anna Yatskovskaya has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Teacher for Breakthrough Collaborative. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant for a Cognitive Development Center. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Business Analyst for a Malpractice Insurance Company, a Senior Business Consultant for Perficient, and a QA Manager for a Claims Administration and Processing Company. Since 2015, they have been working at Velir as an Associate Director of Project Management, Senior Digital Producer, and Solutions Architect. As Senior Digital Producer, they were responsible for managing day to day operations, development process, client communications, resourcing, and agile process for a multi-million dollar portfolio. Anna also created Scrum documentation for the entire Client Services department, successfully launched fully integrated Agile project for Harvard Libraries, managed project scope and team resourcing to make sure projects come in under budget and within margin, and implemented new Retrospective formats. As a Solutions Architect, they supported communication and ease of transition between a 5 person testing team and a larger 39 person development/business team.

Anna Yatskovskaya graduated from Duke University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Biomedical Engineering. In 2014, they obtained a Pega Certified System Architect v7.1 certification from Pegasystems and is also a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum, Inc.
