Tanguy Fournier Le Ray is the Managing Director of Australia at PALO IT. Tanguy has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the Banking sector. Tanguy has previously worked as the Head of Asia for Maltem Consulting, where they were responsible for setting up the Asian offices in Singapore and Hong Kong.

During their time at Maltem Consulting, Tanguy successfully developed the office from 1 to 70 employees and 9-million SGD turnover. Tanguy also raised the client base from 0 to 17 major international banks, and built relationships with C-Level Executives. In addition, they successfully opened and developed the Hong Kong office under the umbrella of Maltem Asia.

Tanguy has also developed a Financial Software Practice dedicated to turnkey projects including project methodology, trainings, pre-sales team, and tools. Tanguy has built a partnership with leading trading software company Murex. Their largest project to date is 5000 Man-days.

Tanguy Fournier Le Ray has a certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Future Commerce from the FinTech field. Tanguy also has a certification from General Assembly in User Experience Design. Tanguy has a Master's Degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School.
