Les Smith

Les Smith has over 35 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Les currently serves as the Sr VP of Marketing & Midstream at Paloma Natural Gas since February 2022. Prior to that, they founded Mallard Energy Consulting, LLC in October 2021 and held the role of Founder until March 2022. Les also worked at Indigo Natural Resources as the Sr VP of Midstream, Marketing, and HSE from November 2014 to September 2021. Before that, they were the VP of Business Development at M3 Midstream LLC from September 2007 to October 2014. Les began their career at Burlington Resources as an Engineering Advisor in February 1990 and later stayed with ConocoPhillips when they acquired the company. Les started their professional journey at Texas Oil and Gas as a Drilling/Production Engineer in 1987.
