Rose T. Dunn

Rose T. Dunn has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on revenue cycle management and project management. Rose T. served as the Chief Operating Officer at First Class Solutions, Inc. from 1989. In 2018, they joined Palomar Health, where they held various roles, including Project Management Specialist, Interim Revenue Cycle Vice President, and Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle. At Palomar Health, they implemented initiatives such as office sharing, AI and bot technologies, and patient throughput analysis. Additionally, Rose worked for various healthcare providers as a consultant, providing operational and project management support. Rose T. is also an accomplished author and a member of several professional organizations, including AHIMA and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Rose T. Dunn obtained a High School Diploma from Delaware Valley High School in 1970. Rose T. then went on to earn a BS and MBA degree in HIM (Health Information Management) and Finance from Saint Louis University, where they studied from 1970 to 1979. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in May 1993.
