Eric Romero

Vice President Operations at Palomar Products, Inc.

Eric Romero has over 20 years of work experience. Eric began their career in the US Navy as an Aviation Electrician from 1998 to 2002. Eric then joined Parker Hannifin as an Operations Team Leader, managing the manufacturing of electronic control systems for aircraft for 10 years.

Following that, Romero worked at BIT as a Project Manager, overseeing the design transfer and manufacturing processes of medical devices. Eric later became the Manager of Industrial Engineering, responsible for overseeing design transfers and sustaining manufacturing products and services.

In 2019, Romero joined MSA - The Safety Company as a Production Manager, where they managed fixed gas and flame detection manufacturing operations. Eric also served as a Plant Manager, handling budgets, headcount, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement.

From 2021 to 2023, Romero worked at Planet Innovation as the Vice President of Operations. In this role, they led various departments and was responsible for developing key performance indicators related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Currently, Romero holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Palomar Products, Inc. starting in 2023.

Eric Romero attended Chapman University, where they received their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership in 2009. Prior to that, in 1998, they completed a certificate program in Avionics Maintenance Technology/Technician at the Naval Aviation Training Center.
