Bill Bold

Bill Bold joined Palomar in 2020 and serves as our Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining our company, Mr. Bold served as the Senior Vice President for Government Affairs at Qualcomm, where he managed global policy and regulatory affairs as well as public affairs and corporate social responsibility. He is a lecturer at the School of Global Policy and Strategy at the University of California, San Diego, where he teaches graduate courses on public affairs strategy, trade and globalization. Mr. Bold earned a B.A. in the Political Economies of Industrialized Societies from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990.
