Jason Sears

Jason Sears joined Palomar in 2020 and serves as our Senior Vice President of Programs. Prior to joining Palomar, Mr. Sears was EVP at Rivington Partners. Mr. Sears has worked in numerous capacities and areas of the insurance marketplace during his career, including carriers, underwriting, reinsurance brokerage and captive / reinsurance structures. Mr. Sears graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in History.
