Jason Sears

Jason Sears is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President at Palomar Specialty Insurance since August 2020, focusing on MGA programs and organic growth. Prior positions include Executive Vice President at Rivington Partners and DUAL Commercial LLC, where responsibilities included acquisitions, new product development, and management. Jason also held the role of Vice President of Programs at QBE North America, concentrating on strategic growth and underwriting profitability, and served as Vice President of Product Development at American Safety Insurance. Jason is a graduate of Swarthmore College, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
