Erin Louise Zimich

Erin Louise Zimich has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. In 2008, they began their career as a Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards, where they managed a staff of 2-3 employees daily and handled a sales volume of 100+ customers per day. In 2010, they moved on to become a Floor Manager at Timothy's on the Riverfront, where they controlled all opening procedures and managed a staff of 5-20 employees. In 2011, they became a Management Intern at Enterprise Holdings Inc., where they wrote and implemented rental agreements for 10-25 customers daily and collected precise data from insurance companies regarding claims for temporary vehicle replacement. In 2012, they began working as a Pension Administration Analyst at Towers Watson (Retirement - Pension Administration Group). In 2017, they joined Philly Startup Leaders as Head of Events, where they were responsible for event planning and production, budgeting, sales projections, sponsor and vendor relationship management, venue selection and contract management, event execution and post-event review, and marketing and branding. In 2019, they founded the Startup Resource Coalition of Philadelphia, a network of organizations whose mission is to support and create entrepreneurs in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Erin Louise also worked as a CX Director at Dineable and as a StartupRU Coach at the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University. Lastly, in 2020, they became the Director of Operations at Pals Socks, where they developed workflows, processes, and automation to enable the company to scale, oversaw the purchasing of products, managed supply chain vendor relationships, managed Shopify and all related apps and integrations, and executed strategic business plans presented by the CEO and COO.

Erin Louise Zimich attended Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks from 2007-2008 before transferring to Temple University, Fox School of Business where they earned a Bachelor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Business in 2012.
