Minna Raitapuro

Minna Raitapuro is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in media, research, and education. Since April 2018, Minna has served as a Communications Specialist at Palvelualojen ammattiliitto PAM ry, one of Finland's largest trade unions, where responsibilities include negotiating collective agreements and safeguarding members' interests. Prior experience includes roles at Puroworks as a Communications Consultant, New York Media Group as a Content Manager, and Gracenote as a Content Editor, alongside research work at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam that focused on ethnic minorities. Minna's earlier roles also include project management at the City of Tampere and media assistance at Yle and ATEI, reflecting a longstanding commitment to enhancing media education and promoting youth participation. Minna holds a Master of Science in Social and Cultural Anthropology from VU Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Culture and Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
