Nicole Marshall

Nicole Marshall serves as the Group Finance Director for Pam Golding Properties since January 2007, overseeing total financial responsibility for the Group, including international entities in Seychelles, Mauritius, and the UK. Key responsibilities include the budgeting process, business planning, forecasts, monthly management accounts, cash flow management, and year-end audits. Nicole is a member of the Executive Committee and manages finance team operations while ensuring BEE compliance and the preparation of annual financial statements. Prior work experience includes serving as Finance Director at Octagon, where responsibilities involved financial reporting to US and EMEA holding companies, budgeting processes, and project accounting implementation. Additional roles include Accountant at Interbrand and Audit Manager at Deloitte South Africa. Nicole holds a CA(SA) degree from the University of Cape Town.
