Phil Hammill

Phil Hammill is an experienced franchisee at Pam Golding Properties Richards Bay, where management and control of a profitable business have been key responsibilities since December 2000. Prior to this role, Phil was the owner of Hammill Estates from March 1995 to August 2016, focusing on real estate operations in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands and Drakensberg. Phil's career began as a test engineer at Toyota South Africa from January 1984 to December 1989, specializing in stress and strain analysis, noise vibration and harshness, and the durability of test vehicles. Phil holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Eastern Cape Technikon, obtained between 1979 and 1982, and attended Queens College from 1964 to 1976.
