Patricia Disher

Patricia Disher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the healthcare industry. Patricia is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at PAM Health At Home since June 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Executive Director at PAM Health At Home starting from February 2021. Patricia also served as the Regional Director of Home Health at National Nursing & Rehab from February 2015 to January 2021. Patricia was the Vice President of Operations, Texas and Arizona at The Weston Group Inc from April 2014 to January 2015. Patricia also worked as the Regional Executive Director, Texas at American BioCare, Inc. from August 2012 to November 2013. Patricia held the role of Regional Director, South Texas at IntegraCare Holdings from July 2011 to August 2012. Patricia has prior experience at Outreach Health Services, Girling Health Care, Texas Home Health, Brackenridge Hospital, and Veterans Health Administration in various nursing and administrative roles.

Patricia Disher received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of Georgia between 1988 and 1992. Patricia then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University from 1993 to 1995.
