Cynthia Dominguez, CPMSM, has over 20 years of experience in medical staff services and credentialing. Their most recent position was as the Corporate Director of Credentialing at Post Acute Medical, where they began in October 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Credentialing Manager at Cumberland Surgical Hospital, a subsidiary of Post Acute Medical, from February 2018 to September 2018. From 2007 to 2018, they served as the Director of Medical Staff Services at Nix Health Care System. Cynthia also has experience as a Supervisor for Internal CVO at University Health System from 2006 to 2007, and as a Medical Staff Coordinator at both TexSan Heart Hospital from 2003 to 2005 and CHRISTUS Health from 1997 to 2001.
Cynthia Dominguez, CPMSM, holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa University, which they obtained in 2012. Cynthia also has an AAS degree from San Antonio College, which they earned between 1983 and 1987. Additionally, they have obtained the NAMSS Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) certification from NAMSS - National Association Medical Staff Services in December 2006.
