Kandice Tate

Kandice Tate has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kandice began their career at Encompass Health as an LPN in 2017 and worked there until 2021. Kandice then joined Foundations Health Solutions as a Regional Clinical/Marketing Liaison from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, Kandice worked at LifeCare Hospitals as an LPN from 2005 until 2023. Currently, they are employed at PAM Health as the Director of Strategy and Integration, a position they have held since May 2023. Kandice also briefly served as Lead Clinical Navigator at PAM Health in April and May 2023.

In 2005, Kandice Tate attended Rets Tech and obtained a LPN degree in Nursing Education.
