Melinda Garcia Olinick has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Melinda started their career in 2004 at Christus Spohn Health System as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and worked there until 2010. In 2009, they joined Southwest Transplant Alliance as a Clinical Hospital Development Coordinator and Organ Recovery Coordinator, where they worked for five years. Since 2014, Melinda has been working at PAM Health, where they have held multiple roles. Melinda started as a Clinical Liaison in 2014 and then transitioned to the role of Market Director of Strategic Initiatives and Integration in 2015. Currently, Melinda holds the position of Regional Vice President of Strategy at PAM Health.

Melinda Garcia Olinick completed their education with a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Western Governors University.
