Melissa Richardson

Melissa Richardson has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Melissa began their career as a Registered Nurse at Ascension in November 2014 and worked in that role until November 2018. From December 2018 to May 2020, Melissa served as a Nursing Manager at Tenet Healthcare. Currently, they are working as the Corporate Director of Quality at PAM Health, starting in 2020.

Melissa Richardson obtained their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Western Governors University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Angelo State University from 2011 to 2014. Melissa has additional certifications in CIC from CBIC (Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc.) and Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from Progressive Edge Consulting.
