Rodd Weber

Rodd Weber has extensive experience in the field of safety and quality management. Rodd is currently working at The PENTA Building Group as the Corporate Director of Safety and Quality since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Corporate Safety Director at the same company from February 2007 to September 2021. Before joining The PENTA Building Group, Rodd worked at Kitchell as the Regional Safety Director from February 2005 to February 2007. Rodd also served as a Safety Engineer at Tutor Perini Building Corp from January 2000 to February 2005.

Rodd Weber attended California State University, Northridge from 1988 to 1989, studying Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Prior to this, they earned an Associate's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from San Bernardino Valley College from 1986 to 1987. In 1983 to 1984, they studied Sociology at University College - Azusa Pacific University.
