Rachel Dees

Rachel Dees has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Rachel currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at PAM Health, a role that they began in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at PAM Health from August 2019 to May 2023. Rachel also held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at Post Acute Medical Specialty Hospital starting in August 2016. Before that, they worked at Cornerstone Hospital of Oklahoma- Broken Arrow and Muskogee as the Director of Provider Relations from September 2014 to August 2016. Rachel's career in healthcare began at Continuous Care Centers, where they worked as a Provider Relations Representative from August 2006 to August 2009.

Rachel Dees earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Langston University in 2001.
